I will be offering a selection from my personal collection of 60s to early 70s Garage, Pop and Rock.

    SAPPHIRE THINKERS    "FROM WITHIN''     hobbit 5003   stereo   1969

Late 60s  Weat Coast band with the strong vocal talents of Peggy Richmond, who also plays flute. Five piece band with strong keys also. Twelve original compositions written mostly by Peggy's brother, keyboardist Bill Richmond.  Sounding a bit like Peanut Butter Conspiracy at times only more in the psych realm..This is one hell of an Album.....Highly praised among collectors of this genre..to put it bluntly ...its just Great !   Tunes like "I feel a bit strange", ''Blues on You", "Blind with a borrowed Light" and "Doin' Alright" give a taste of what this band was capable of....On the tiny Hobbit label   So very hard to find.... GOOD LUCK !

 

RECORD: MINT - condition BUT has a tiny punch out hole in the off groove.... High Gloss, no spindle wear, Beautiful

COVER: Strong  VG+   Very Good condition except for two corner crinkles,which have some tape residue, a tiny punch hole and a small residue stain in the upper right corner...No ring wear, writings, seam splits or other damage    Actually very Nice Condition   clean.....
