Description
Check out the rest of my auctions for some great indie rarities: Sarah, Caff, C86, Subway, Orchids, Field Mice, Boy Hairdressers, TVPs, Shop Assistants, loads of flexis and fanzines.
Sarah Records "Lemonade" fanzine (14A), "Cold" fanzine (14AA) and Christine's Cat flexi (13). All in excellent + conditon.
I'm also including two Sarah newsletters, no 3 and no 8, both a little creased and with some marks (including a biro squiggle) but still very nice.
And that's not all... There's also a 1 1/2 page A4 densely handwritten letter from Matt from Sarah explaining why they won't repress the early singles, why they did the first compilation LP, talking about the Sea Urchins leaving the label "on not too especially friendly terms" etc. etc. Great stuff!
Whatever the critics said, Matt and Claire definately had passion and a cutting sense of humour (see the Saropoly game, also up for auction) and these fanzines show that superbly.
Items will be packed well to ensure they arrive safely. If you buy more than one item, I'll only charge you 1/2 the P&P on the second, third, etc. items (full P&P will be charged for most expensive item to send.)
Check my feedback – it’s good!
