Description

Decca SKL 4883, stereo boxed logo label. The Decca inner sleeve has a date code of 10-76 so is a 1976 issue of this their first 1967 LP.
The lamination for the front of the sleeve extends back over the spine and the rear is a matt finish. No seam splits, tears or writing. There is some creasing, ringwear and edge and corner wear. On the rear is a sticker tear plus some grubbiness and staining. So is a strong sleeve but somewhere around 7 out of 10 for condition.
The vinyl has a nice weight and is flat and shiny. Both the labels are clean and at the spindle holes is evidence of frequent play.
But the vinyl is a particular surprise to me and I've seen zillions in my time. For all the spins its had, the disc has obviously been treated very well as regards handling and use. There is some scuffing and hairlines visible under a strong lamp and maybe the odd light mark but otherwise is in more than respectable shape. I'm going to rate it 7.5 /10.
So, you decide its' worth. 99p start and free UK postage.
