On offer here is a VERY rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by Savoy Brown called 'Blue Matter' and is an ORIGINAL 1969 UK MONO 1st Pressing on the 1st Press UNBOXED Decca label!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  THIS IS ONE OF SAVOY BROWN'S RAREST LPs EVER (ESPECIALLY IN MONO!) - AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!!  JUST TRY AND FIND ANOTHER ONE!!!!  BACK IN 1969 WHEN THIS LP WAS FIRST RELEASED, IT ONLY EVER SOLD IN ABSOLUTELY TINY AMOUNTS AND WAS ALMOST IMMEDIATELY DELETED!!!!  AS A RESULT IT IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND INCREDIBLY HARD TO LOCATE TODAY!!!!   BUT WHAT MAKES THIS LP REALLY SPECIAL IS THAT IT IS 1ST PRESSED IN MEGA RARE MONO!!!!  AND THIS IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND ON THIS LP!!!!  WHEN THIS LP WAS FIRST RELEASED BACK IN 1969, NEARLY EVERY 1ST PRESSING WAS MADE IN COMMON STEREO - WITH VIRTUALLY NONE IN MEGA RARE MONO AT ALL!!!!  AND DEMAND FOR MONOs WAS SO TINY BY THIS POINT - THAT MOST SHOPS DIDNT EVEN STOCK MONO'S AS STANDARD, AND THEY WERE ONLY EVER AVAILABLE BY SPECIAL ORDER ONLY!!!!  AS A RESULT, FINDING AN ULTRA RARE MONO 1ST PRESSING OF THIS INCREDIBLE LP IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE!!!!

THIS LP IS ALSO IN GREAT CONDITION OVERALL!!!!  JUST TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!!!  THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1969 UK MONO 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS UNBOXED DECCA LABEL, 1ST PRESS 1A/1A MONO MATRIX ENDINGS, 1ST PRESS RED MONO INNER SLEEVE, AND 1ST PRESS 'MOORE & MATTHES' LAMINATED COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO LOCATE - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!!  This is the ORIGINAL Decca UK 1st Pressing from 1969 and is in GREAT condition overall!!!!  The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is LK 4994 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press UNBOXED Decca label (see picture) and is a much MUCH rarer UK MONO 1st Pressing!!!! 

The record labels are in SUPERB condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and only a few VERY light spindle marks!!!!  The vinyl is in GREAT condition!!!!  Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has only 3 or 4 VERY light hairlines, only 3 or 4 light scufflines, only 2 or 3 small surface marks, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!!  It is also great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual!!!!  It plays with NO pops, only a VERY few VERY light clicks (though mostly NONE!), NO jumps, NO sticks, and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!!  The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!!  The record must grade Very Good (PROPERLY graded, NOT trashed!) if not better!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!!  I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!!  The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press Red Mono inner sleeve which is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  The 1st Press 'Moore & Matthes' Laminated Cover is in GREAT condition overall - and would be in BRILLIANT condition - were it not for 2 or 3 details mentioned below (please read!)!!!!  It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only slight corner wear (NOT through the colour!), only a few light creases (cover is still VERY flat looking!), VERY shiny laminate, and NO writing!!!!  The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!!  However although the unlaminated back has NO yellowing, NO grubbyness, NO ringwear, and NO rubbing - it does have 2 numbers in black pen (see picture), and the date '1968' in blue pen (which is a bit of a shame - as without this, this cover would be very VERY nice indeed!)!!!  The cover must grade Good (PROPERLY graded, NOT trashed!) if not better!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO LOCATE (ESPECIALLY IN MEGA RARE MONO!) - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
