SAX 2259 B/S – GIESEKING : BEETHOVEN PIANO SONATAS
1958 Columbia stereo recording on blue/silver label catalogue number SAX 2259. Walter Gieseking playing 4 Beethoven piano sonatas: No.9 in E major; No.10 in G major; No.13 in E flat major; No.14 in C sharp minor ("Moonlight").
The disc has been cleaned on a Loricraft professional cleaning machine using L’Art du Son cleaning fluid and has a near mint appearance. The sleeve is overall very good but has some discolouration plus minor edge/corner creasing and light grubby marks.
