Description

HERBERT VON KARAJAN CONDUCTS THE PHILHARMONIA ORCHESTRA

RICHARD STRAUSS - Der Rosenkavalier

4-LP set released on the Columbia label.  Comes with 2 inserts

This set is a little different as two of the records are on the Silver & Turquoise  label and the other two on the red Columbia label.

The previous owner of this set assures me that this was exactly how they received it.

Records SAX 2269 and SAX 2271 are both on the Silver / Turquoise label and SAX /2270 and SAX 2272 are on theRed Columbia

Condition:
All of the records are in stunning near mint condition having only been played a small handful of times.  I have played part of each of side and they all sound fantastic, like new.

The box that they have come in has not faired quite so well with a tear on the front on the bottom right hand corner - print has raised but can be stuck down so that it would not look so bad.

There is also a tear on one corner
