Long out of print and now a very scarce title, this is a NEAR MINT 12" 2-LP SET OF -

BEETHOVEN's - CHORAL SYMPHONY - performed by -

OTTO KLEMPERER CONDUCTING THE PHILHARMONIA ORCHESTRA

The LP set is from the ULTRA-rare EMI - UK COLUMBIA series of LPs (now LONG out of print), catalog # SAX 2276 & 2277 (IN STEREO). 

Overall, the LPs and JACKETS are in NEAR MINT condition!

Details - the JACKETS are completely intact with no splits - they are nice and solid with clean corners, vivid colours and just the slightest rounding (shelf wear) - this is remarkable given that the LPs are 46-years old.

The LPs have no detectable marks - they are both near mint and play that way (spot play graded)! The vinyl has the EARLIEST TURQUOISE AND SILVER record label, with BLACK lettering. The LP was clearly issued in the 1958 and was pressed in GREAT BRITAIN (UK). 

The LPs are audiophile quality pressings (any collector of fine MFSL, half speeds, direct to discs, Japanese/UK pressings etc., can attest to the difference a quality pressing can make to an audio system).
