Columbia stereo LP catalogue number SAX 2318 with UK blue / silver 1st pressing label.  Beethoven Symphonies Nos. 1 & 8 played by Otter Klemperer conducting the Philharmonia Orchestra. 

The record and sleeve are in really excellent condition (very minor wear on sleeve corners).
