VINYL CONDITION :  Side 1 is Near mint.....on side 2 I see a faint scuff.....otherwise lovely crisp vinyl.
Both labels have somebody's name on in felt tip pen.

SLEEVE COND.:     VG+ ......In tact but some light damage to three of the corners.
