On this famous recording, the Philharmonia Orchestra conducted by Carlo Maria Giulini perform the “Three Cornered Hat” by de Falla, and “Daphnis et Chloe Suite No. 2” and “Alborada del Gracioso” by Ravel. An English stereo pressing on the Columbia Label (SAX 2341), the labels are light blue/green with black lettering, silver “radio waves” and border, Magic Note Logo, and Made in Gt. Britain at 6 o’clock. The record is of excellent appearance, and plays and sounds superb with a minimum of surface noise. The cover laminate has rubbed with some small creases in the laminate. The original inner bag is excellent.
