SAX 2345 B/S – MAHLER SYMPHONY No.4: KLETZKI / LOOSE / PHILHARMONIA ORCHESTRA
1958 Columbia stereo recording on blue/silver label catalogue number SAX 2345, Paul Kletzki conducting the Philharmonia Orchestra with Emmy Loose, soprano soloist, in Mahler’s Symphony No.4 in G major.
The disc has been professionally cleaned but there are 2 very light scratches (side1) plus occasional VERY faint surface marks. Side 1 has about 40 ticks during the first movement – 18 of these are noticeable but the rest are VERY faint. Side 2 has 10 noticeable ticks plus about 10 VERY faint ones. Side 1 has a "Factory Sample Not for Sale" sticker. The flip-back sleeve has a 3cm split on top edge plus edge/corner wear and some laminate lift.
