SOUND SAMPLE AUTO STARTED WHEN YOU OPENED THE PAGE, TURN UP THE VOLUME... and have a READ . 

Stereo copy VG+ LP /VG cover  Full test replay, Unfortunately this is not perfect but will make a great purchase for someone that always wanted one, but prices for Mint ones were just 'out of reach' or unjustified' 

COVER CONDITION   VG due to bottom edge seam wears,(photo ), and texta mark"L" on reverse of cover  (photo 2). Also the slight rippling to front laminated card and edge wear on spline and corners. (see photo's )  The Good news is very little yellowing of reverse. flipback seams still all intact, front laminate has mild rubbing but no real obvious ringwear. 

LP CONDITION VG+ SEE Photo's, SIDE ONE, there is numerous non sounding scuffs visible in sunlight and bright room light (see photo ).  There is some very quiet background noise occasionally, but nothing major or distracting, this record looks worse than it sounds, the worst of it is in the sound samples as most of the background noise TENDS to be near the beginning of both sides. Another reason for the downgrade is a previous owners watermark staining on side 1 from a previous liquid cleaner that I cannot remove with my record washer. Watermark stain is in 4 to 8 o'clock quadrant, obviously wet washed, then left in a rack vertically to dry, hence watermark is on bottom of drying side. Watermark does not intensify any background static in that area, and sound sample gives you an idea,

Side two is much cleaner and visually looks and sounds better than VG+ to me , but I will still call it an overall VG+ record.

Generally the rest of the record has spots of occasional quiet static, and as I said, this would be a good first edition to have if you wanted a playable record but don't want to part with as many dollars as a perfect one would cost.  In the next week or two I will auction several other Klemperer Beethoven Symphonies including a 10" and some 33cx monos, so some bargains to be had soon, so keep your eyes on this site.

Side 2 commences at 3 minutes and plays the rest of the sample .

BE aware the sound sample talked about above accentuates treble (Hence more static crackle that you DON'T hear through your Hi Fi) and is low quality, but you get the idea.
