SAX 2362 blue/silver – BRAHMS: Symphony No.2 – Klemperer / Philharmonia Orch
Columbia stereo recording on blue/silver label catalogue number SAX 2362. Otto Klemperer conducting the Philharmonia Orchestra in Symphony No.2 and Tragic Overture by Brahms.
Disc is clean and shiny. Side 1 has very faint inaudible “smudge” marks. Side 2 has 2 noticeable marks on Track 3 (Tragic Overture, not the Symphony) which produce about 25 ticks. Flipback sleeve is intact but has several score marks made on front (see photo).
