Grading guide as follows
Mint. - this is a sealed record.
NM (near mint): Clean but opened. No marks.
NM minus : Basically flawless NM, but for 1 or 2 very, very light, non-sounding wispy sleeve marks.
Ex plus : A few very light, non-sounding hairline marks.
Ex: A few more hairline and light marks. Maybe the odd pop or crackle during play.
Ex minus : A few more hairline and light marks still. May be some light background noise, with the occasional pop, crackle and tick in places.
VG+: Quite a few marks.
VG: A lot of marks.
