DETAILED CONDITION:
SLEEVE : Front, corners and edges superb...rear has some wear to the bottom of the left edge and the left half of the bottom flipback...nice and clean...spine lettering lovely and clear: VG+
INNER SLEEVE: Superb..no marks, tears or creases: EX+
INSERT: perfect: EX+
VINYL - SIDE ONE: just a few wispy ultrafine 'paper contact' hairlines..plays beautifully with just the occasional bit of static...no pops, clicks, skips or distortion...lovely clear sound: VISUAL EX / AUDIO EX

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied -I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
