Description
Brahms Violin Concerto in D Major, OP.77 featuring David Oistrakh and Otto Klemperer with the French National Radio Orchestra. Catalogue Number SAX 2411
Side 1: FIRST MOVEMENT Allegro non troppo - Cadenza (by Joachin) - Tempo 1
Side 2: Band 1: SECOND MOVEMENT - Adagio
Band 2: THIRD MOVEMENT - Allegro giocoso, ma non troppo vivac - Poco piu presto.
This is the very rare 1961 UK Stereo pressing on the Blue & Silver label. The record has no discernible marks and to my ear it has no surface noise. The inner sleeve is in a good clean condition with only light wrinkling of the corners caused by placing of the record in the outer sleeve.
The outer sleeve is in good condition, clean and with only slight denting of the top and bottom open corners.
I have not attempted any of the trade terminology and symbols used to describe records and sleeves, but know that for such a rare record 45 years old the sound is great and the overall condition of the cover and inner sleeve is very good.
