Description

    This record features the final two movements of Bruckner's 7th symphony & Wagner's "Siegfried Idyll". Its a good copy with just 1 medium tick at 5.40 of Band 1, Side 1 & 1 light tick at 5.50. There are very occasional pops during Side 1 along with the mildest surface noise which increases somewhat towards the end of Side 1. During the last 3 minutes of Side 2 the surface noise increases somewhat & becomes mid-frequency in nature. Visually Side 1 appears excellent save for a tiny grubby mark on the label. On side 2 numerous hairline scratches & a few scuffs are visible in good light. The cover is in excellent condition with minimal wear & some feint, patchy, brownish discolouration on the rear side. Collectors will be aware that this record is part of a set of 2 so Sides 1 & 2 are actually labelled 3 & 4. Includes original dust sleeve.
    I'm taking a break now from listing records from my classical collection to allow for the Christmas postal madness. I may do 1 or 2 rock & pop auctions in the new year but will be listing more classical records either at the end of January or the beginning of February. I have many highly sought after titles in excellent condition which I would like as many buyers out there as possible to see. PLEASE SAVE ME TO YOUR "LIST OF SELLERS" & CHECK MY OTHER ITEMS! All records are vacuum cleaned & listened to once in their entirety on a Technics 1210 with a brand new Ortofon stylus. All records come in custom mailers with 2 stiffeners. Records are removed from sleeves before posting & will come in a brand new dust sleeve. Records & sleeves will also be protected by a polythene sleeve I'll include as part of the sale. I will only send via either 'second class recorded delivery' within the UK or 'international signed for' (which includes £41 insurance) for other customers.
