Description
This is another sale from my collection of classical records, which includes early stereo rarities on Decca, Columbia, HMV and RCA.
Recording first published 1963 of Uk Columbia SAX 2464 blue/silver label Klemperer conducts More Wagner performed by the Philharmonia Orchestra. Sleeve is a flip back. The matrix numbers engraved on the run-out are YAX 853-6 and YAX 854-10.
Grading
Would visually grade record Excellent. One 4 cm light scratch/mark on side 2. It plays on my Linn Sondek with no skips or jumps - side 1 has hardly any crackle, side 2 has some. Sleeve is Excellent, slight wear to edges of opening, and bottom left hand corner has a crease. Inner sleeve is excellent,.
Note that record will be posted in a cardboard record mailer. Sleeve will be in a plastic sleeve, separate from the record and inner sleeve. Record and inner sleeve will be in a card sleeve.
