RECORD CONDITION = SIDE 1 = NEAR MINT
RECORD CONDITION = SIDE 2 = NEAR MINT
CONDITION OF COVER = NEAR MINT
Near Mint: The record will have no surface marks or signs of wear
Near Mint: The sleeve will have no damage and be in a crisp clean condition.
Excellent: The record may have one or two minor inaudible paper scuffs.
Excellent: The sleeve may have minor creasing and or some minor discoloration.
Good: The sleeve may have some minor damage.
+ or - Slightly better or worse than the grade given.
