Columbia UK 1967 red semi circle ED1.....with uk tax code on labels....in superb condition...
Sleeve....as no issues whatsoever......perfect.....no discolouration to back no laminate loss or crackle, no scrawl all sides are sharp & tight , spine is perfect.....nr mint
Labels show spindle marks other than that they also are excellent...no scrawl stickers etc....
Vinyl..... under intense light there are a few faint paper wisps other than that, excellent, no marks, deep scratches', light scratches or other issues...excellent...
Vinyl Aurally..... Side 1...plays with no loud crackle or hiss at intros or between tracks, no repetitive loud clicks...even the lulls in the music show no sign of sound
deteriation...there is the very occasional, repeat!! very occasional ...very light static.....barely audible.....would grade as excellent to nr mint.....& mint to me is unplayed......
Side 2.....Stunning, slightly better than side 1....the real test came at second Band (track)....Bachs...Second movement: Andante a very contemplative, quiet track...that shows no static whatsoever, side 2 , over all, plays with the barest evidence of very light occasional static, nothing to spoil the brilliance of fluidity & detail of playing, all in all would grade the whole package as NEAR MINT....
remember this is a 45 year old record that rarely turns up in this condition..........
