SBB – Follow My Dream [Spiegelei 160.611] 1978 German Prog Jazz-Rock LP EX/VG+

A progressive rock and jazz-rock masterpiece, Follow My Dream is one of SBB’s most ambitious and dynamic releases. Originally recorded in November 1977 at Toncooperative Hannover, this 1978 German pressing on Spiegelei (160.611) showcases the Polish prog legends at their peak.

With Józef Skrzek leading on keyboards, harmonica, and vocals, alongside Apostolis Antymos on guitar and Jerzy Piotrowski on drums, this album seamlessly blends symphonic prog, fusion, and avant-garde elements. The 22+ minute title suite “Follow My Dream” delivers a hypnotic and evolving sonic journey, while tracks like Going Away and Freedom With Us push the boundaries of jazz-infused rock.
