David Bowie - SBL 7912 Philips UK - (Space Oddity)
A top quality copy of this rare original Philips gatefold album in excellent condition.
The inside of the gatefold and the rear sleeve are in excellent condition with almost no wear at all. There are four small Xs in ink next to four of the tracks, obviously indicating someone’s favourite – otherwise it is free from marks.
The front cover is in very good condition with no storage ring wear. There are some minor signs of wear to the spine, leading edge and corners. There are no repairs, tears or sticker marks anywhere.
The vinyl itself is in excellent condition - virtually no surface marks, an excellent shine and plays really well. I have carefully described the few small flaws in this item as it is very rare, and this is a really lovely copy.
Very unusually, the original sepia toned poster of Bowie is included (see photo) and is in perfect condition (approx 30cm x 30cm).
