Description

This Yardbirds LP sounds absolutely great. I played it all the way through and heard just a whisper of background noise ONLY on a few blank spaces between cuts. I didn't hear it at all when the music played. However, it's not an easy LP to grade. Examined under my desk lamp, I see only a couple of faint marks, but in bright sunlight I see a bunch of them that do not seem to affect the audio. Visually, I grade the vinyl VG, but it plays like an EX.
This is the original, 1965 mono release, identified as such by the yellow Epic label with the catalog number LN 24177.
The jacket had four small stress marks along the left front edge and a touch of wear to the corners, and there are no splits. The front is bright and clean, but there is a splotchy light brown stain on the back.
