Listed for your consideration is a scarce Asylum Records Australian issue Eagles Live Double LP with gatefold cover, two inner picture sleeves and full colour double-sided poster for the concert held on July 31, 1980.

Custom Asylum record labels, showing a birds nest filled with eggs and hand grenades.

Hand-engraved message outside the label on each side:

      CONDITION

      • PLEASE VIEW SCANS / PHOTOS AS THESE FORM PART OF MY DESCRIPTION.
      • VINYL - All four sides have good lustre and play very well. Sides 1 & 2 are NEAR MINT. Side 3 has a small area of light mottling near an edge. Side 4 has two very faint scratches on top of the grooves but plays without fault.
      • AUDIO-TESTED - PLAYS BEAUTIFUL MUSIC.
      • COVER - EXCELLENT. Just the slightest wear to the surface (SEE PHOTOS). Inks bright with no tears or splits. Pinkish mark in upper right corner as per photo.
      • POSTER - MINT. Only taken from cover for the first time to photograph for listing.
      • INNER PAPER SLEEVES - slight wear but were not used to store the LPs. Plastic inners used to avoid paper scuffs.
      • LABELS - Labels are inconsequential to me - all four labels are unmarked.

      GRADING GUIDE

      MINT (M)
      MINT VINYL: Appears to be unplayed with full gloss and immaculate labels. No flaws visible - no surface marks or scratches, blotches or stains.
      MINT COVER: Appears to have never had a record inside it. Visually flawless - no wear to the corners or any marks, including ring wear, on the face or back of the cover.

      NEAR MINT (NM)
      NEAR MINT VINYL: Full gloss and immaculate labels. Couple of barely visible surface marks with no resultant loss in sound quality.
      NEAR MINT COVER: Barely noticeable signs of handling or storage only evident on close inspection.

      EXCELLENT (EX)
      EXCELLENT VINYL: Record shows some minor signs of having been played and otherwise handled carefully by a previous owner. May show some signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very faint scratches that do not affect the listening experience. Great lustre although labels may have a few minor marks.
      EXCELLENT COVER: Attractive cover with slight wear. Corners may show white or have a slight crease. Ring impression with possible minor soiling or discoloration on light coloured covers.

      VERY GOOD (VG)
      VERY GOOD VINYL: Looks well played, will have scuffs and scratches but displays no major deterioration in sound quality. Surface noise may be evident upon playing, especially in soft passages and during a song's intro and fade, but will not overpower the music.
      VERY GOOD COVER: Appears worn and used with obvious ring wear and rubbing to the ink. May have some writing.

      GOOD (G)
      GOOD VINYL: Looks very well played and may be dull in appearance. Distracting surface noise but plays without skipping.
      GOOD COVER: Noticeable wear to the cover that will include some of the following - scuffing to the surface and edges, creases, discoloration, splits and obvious ring wear.
