Erin Trio, Sandy & His Sweet Colleen/St. Patrick’s Day on Glasgow Green (Beltona 513).

This rare early-’20s issue on the Scottish label Beltona couples Tom Ennis & James Morrison (Irish pipes, fiddle, piano) playing Kid on the Mountain from Vocalion 14588 (matrix 11197) (1923) [as Sandy & His Sweet Colleen] and the McNamara Trio (piccolo, fiddle, piano) playing Stack of Barley from Vocalion 14420 (matrix 9440) (1922) [as St Patrick’s Day . . .] 

Condition: visually E, with a few very light needle runs (nap) edging it towards E-. Plays beautifully. A lovely copy of this extremely scarce issue.
