Description
An amazing collection of local private, totally obscure soul classics from St Louis and the Midwest this week. Another AMAZING double sider here (ca 1967), on the HUGELY sought after Break Out label. VG condition, unfiltered audio playing! This one could go high once the buzz gets out, and it always surprises me how folks from over the pond know more about these guys than I do! A great A-side, very catchy and funky... AND This may be the best surviving copy, (the only one I've ever seen or heard of in my exhaustive life-long search for local discs), and sounds VERY early for Sain's career and legendary producer/performer Melvin Turnage... pretty much an all star cast behind the scenes here! KILLLLLLLLER local single, that never saw any distribution, and so rare that even my guru friends don't recall this band!
Amazing collection of 45's coming in the next few days. I can provide very high quality audio samples if needed. Just ask. Thanks for checking them out!
All conditions and issues are in the AD TITLE, the first rating is the vinyl, the second is the jacket, unless there is one which will be a conservative overall rating. 10 records or more gets free shipping in the US. All records are priced to sell on the first cycle and the prices are researched to be the lowest starting price for the grade of record.

Thanks for coming to my auctions. I have collected for many years and have many great records to sell. I guarantee my ratings. Ebay's DSR ratings are very confusing and many of my friends are no longer on here because they were snuffed out accidentally from nice people leaving bad ratings. Anything less than a 5 is harmful and will get your favorite seller removed! no reserve auctions: Ten records or more gets free ship in the US!
WE DIG THE DEEPEST! When in doubt check out youtube for a listen, 'cause these are the coolest and the rarest! What's the big deal about promos?? Well in the case of many major labels, promos were pressed separate from stock copies. In many cases, such as A&M, CBS and MOTOWN etc, they were pressed on pure virgin vinyl, unlike STYRENE which was used for their stock copies. The sound and quality is markedly better and not to mention the rarity of them, in many cases being one out of many thousand copies.
