I try to be conservative so that you are happy with your purchase, however if you are in anyway unhappy then please let me know before leaving feedback.

RECORD: EX MINUS. THE RECORD LOOKS REALLY NICE BUT ON PLAYING THERE IS SOME LIGHT BACKGROUND CRACKLE. SOME VERY LIGHT SURFACE MARKS VISIBLE UNDER A STRONG LIGHT AND SPINDLE MARKS ARE EVIDENT

If you buy more than two LPs then the cost will be based on the weight and a small amount for the packaging materials. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

Please note that all postage rates have now been increased by Royal Mail. I have had to increase International Postage costs, but if you send me your exact location I will give you a reduced cost if possible. If you wish to buy in bulk please let me know and I will find the best option for you. Within mainland UK I can use a courier and the usual cost for any weight is around £14 or obviously if you are just buying a few records then I will see what Royal Mail can do. Of course I will honour the quoted prices, and I will do what I can to reduce the cost to you. But please remember that out of the postage costs must be taken Paypals share, the cost of packaging (where I try to use recycled / reused cardboard) and the cost of taking the items to the Post Office.

Records are carefully wrapped. LPs are sent inside two cardboard stiffeners.

Singles are sent with a single cardboard stiffener, this will provide adequate protection for your record, however if you choose the First Class option I will use two cardboard stiffeners.

78rpm records are sent well packaged in a deep box with lots of extra packaging to reduce the likelihood of shattering on impact.

Grading System

Mint:

The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover or any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

Excellent:

The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packing might have slight wear and/or creasing.

Very Good:

The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite notable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

Good:

The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration etc.

Fair:

The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

Bad:

The record is unplayable or might even be broken and is only of use as a collection filler.
