This is a very rare factory sealed LP of "Schubert - Grand Duo Variations - Piano Duo Schnabel (Town Hall Records / Sheffield Labs S37) (1983). -------- Performances are by The Piano Duo Schnabel - Karl Ulrich Schnabel and Joan Rowland - One Piano Four Hands. The compositions on this album are: Schubert - Variations On An Original Theme (Op. posth. 82, No. 2 - D603) (1818) --- Schubert - Sonata in C Major "Grand Duo" (Op. 140) (1824) Allergro Moderato -- Andante -- Scherzo - Allegro Vivace - Allegro Vivace. ____________________________ This album is a collaboration of audiophile great's. Town Hall Records is a division of Sheffield Labs, and this album is produced by LINCOLN MAYORGA. The recording engineer is DAVE WILSON from WILSON AUDIO, and the mastering was done at THE MASTERING LAB. --- Note: Due to his close association with Lincoln Mayorga; this was probably mastered by DOUG SAX although he is not credited on the back of the album. ---------------- These albums were done in very small quantities for a select clientele. There are a couple of corners with very tiny bumps. The plastic bag is completely intact with no splits or tears.
