I don't normally accept returns as I try to describe my items accurately. Please remember that condition is in the eye of the beholder but I will not deliberately mislead you.
I try to keep my postage costs reasonable as if you have to pay exorbitant costs your bargain may not be as big a bargain as you thought. It is Royal Mail who set the prices not me.
If for any reason you do not receive your item I will refund all monies unless the reason you have not received it is because you did not respond to a "you weren't in" card from the post man. If this is the reason I will refund only the cost of the item and not the postage.
I will post within 5 days of payment received. If, for some reason, I can't I will let you know.
Thank you for your interest.
