Beautiful NM press of the only single ever released - and *only* in Japan - from SCOTT WALKER's (as "Scott Engel") 1969 cult classic album SCOTT 4; and containing two of the album's most appreciated and well-known tracks: "the Seventh Seal" and "the Old Man's Back Again (Dedicated To the Neo-Stalinist Regime)." Both songs feature grand production with orchestral flourishes, choral Gregorian chants and film-score, specifically ENNIO MORRICONE-style, arrangements - scored and conducted by PETER KNIGHT and produced by JOHN FRANZ. Many SCOTT WALKER devotees consider these to be the very highest point of his career (even if it was met with indifference upon release).
