SCOTTY McKAY QUINTET-45-“The Train Kept A ‘Rollin” b/w “Theme From The Black Cat”-Falcon Records #FIC-101-Monster & KillerKool 1967 Dallas Texas Garage-Punk. No need to describe A side, has appeared on several Texas comps, Jimmy Page comps. Rumored to be Page on lead on “Train”; have heard several accountings that state it was him and others where it says otherwise. In any case, powerhouse version, lead break is very Page-Like and deadly. B side is an off-the-wall cryptic instrumental.
Condition: Record is almost but not quite VG- ; some surface scuffs visible in certain light angles. Some light background noise on opening deadwax on A side, once the songs starts it is gone; B side has background noise evident at times throughout. Label clean both sides
