In very good condition. Please examine the photos carefully. I am basing my asking price on research on collectible books and autographs. I am open to fair offers.
To be clear, I am not an expert. I am selling the contents of the estate of a bookseller whose business was in West Los Angeles. He has hundreds of signed books as a result of 40+ years in business. I do not know the history of the book you're looking at, but I have had no problem with any of the many books and autographs I've sold so far. I guarantee all my sales will be as described, or I will take them back and fully refund them.
