The following information was taken from the Wikipedia:

Bob Dylan's Greatest Hits Vol. II (1971), also known as More Bob Dylan Greatest Hits, was the second compilation album released by Bob Dylan. With Dylan not expected to release any new material for an extended period of time, CBS Records president Clive Davis proposed issuing a double LP compilation of older material. Dylan agreed, suggesting that the package include a full side of unreleased tracks from his archives. After submitting a set of excerpts from the The Basement Tapes that Davis found unsatisfactory, Dylan returned to the studio in September 1971 to recut several Basement songs, with Happy Traum providing backup. The final package included one previously uncollected single, "Watching The River Flow", (which became an instant cult classic and is still performed live today); an outtake from the same sessions, "When I Paint My Masterpiece"; one song from Dylan's April 12, 1963 Town Hall concert, "Tomorrow is a Long Time", and three songs from the September sessions, "I Shall Be Released", "You Ain't Goin' Nowhere", and "Down in the Flood". The remaining tracks were drawn from existing releases.....

Side One "Watching the River Flow" – 3:32 "Don't Think Twice, It's All Right" – 3:36 "Lay Lady Lay" – 3:14 "Stuck Inside of Mobile with the Memphis Blues Again" – 7:06
Side Two "I'll Be Your Baby Tonight" – 2:37 "All I Really Want to Do" – 4:02 "My Back Pages" – 4:21 "Maggie's Farm" – 3:49 "Tonight I'll Be Staying Here with You" – 3:21
Side Three "She Belongs to Me" – 2:46 "All Along the Watchtower" – 2:30 "The Mighty Quinn (Quinn the Eskimo)" (live)[5] – 2:43 "Just Like Tom Thumb's Blues" – 5:25 "A Hard Rain's A-Gonna Fall" – 6:47
Side Four "If Not for You" – 2:38 "It's All Over Now, Baby Blue" – 4:13 "Tomorrow Is a Long Time" (Live) (previously unreleased) – 3:01 "When I Paint My Masterpiece" (previously unreleased) – 3:22 "I Shall Be Released" (previously unreleased) – 3:01 "You Ain't Goin' Nowhere" (previously unreleased) – 2:41 "Down in the Flood" (previously unreleased) – 2:46

Message from a satisfied customer:
"I am not sure where you got this LP but if you come across any others in this kind of shape I will gladly pay you twice as much for them. This LP is in perfect shape! Thanks again."

Our response:
"Although we don't test records by playing them, I am very careful about buying only those records that appear to be in superb condition. That means I buy about one record for every 100 that I look at. We don't sell a lot of records, but our record buyers have been happy with their purchases 99%+ of the time. ..."

Another Q & A:

Q:
Concerning the condition of this record - I am un-familiar with the term near fine!! In the record collector field the terms that are used for all except 78s are g Good Vg Very Good VG+ slight wear and signs of use M- Mint Midus - Played but looks almost like new M Mint Unused New Pristine no marks or signs of wear. Using the above kindly descibe the condition. thanks M___

A:
M___: Since I didn't play the record to judge its quality, then any statement I might make of condition is just a guess. So, I deliberately refuse to use Goldmine terminology, because I don't want to mislead people. It is my hope that, when seeing my descriptions, they will realize that my description is just a guess based on visual appearance. Besides, since I offer an unconditional guarantee, that should pose no problem. ... - Good luck! - Joel of satnrose ...
