Classic Records TEST PRESSING ORIGINALLY PURCHASED FROM Acoustic sounds when stock pressing first became available and a few tests were available. It has been sitting sealed on my shelf since 2003-2004 in climate controlled office.

I believe is DCC - spoke to Acoustic Sounds - NO CLASSIC version - time period corresponds with early DCC Joni Court & Spark test press - ANYONE WHO HAS BID MAY CANCEL THEIR BID IF THEY SO DESIRE AS THERE IS QUESTION DUETO , BEING SEALED, AGE OF PIECE, and lack of complete certainty from Acoustic Sounds or any other SOURCE(done numerous searches on net and made several calls to audiophile houses , but Acoustic sounds(source) is best reference, obviously.

ANY FEEDBACK WOULD BE APPRECIATED - again, purchased from Acoustic Sounds within 1 yr of pressing date and has perforated seal strip that is unopened entirely.

DCC- #s and designation "PG-SO" ie Peter Gabriel So most closely match to other DCC test sold thru Acoustic (I have one other -"PG-US"-keeping)

TIme corresponds with early pressing of Peter Gariel "so" nOT Joni !

I have a Joni sealed acoustic sounds sourced test I will be listing and got momentarily confused while writing as I was looking at my stacks.

Also- there is an EMI pressing NOT Elektra - I knew that didn;t sound right!- Elektra is Joni again.....

PS  ALL LPs shipped in LP mailer with at least one carboard stiffener sandwiched, and two if requested and purch over $50.( ie LP warrants such care....)

I AM CONFIDENT IN ORIGINAL CLASSIC RECORDS ID, however;

DO YOUR OWN DUE DILIGENCE(RESEARCH) - once/if ripped open can no longer be returned(my standard reurn policy on ALL records - "ie " if altered in any way - including open titles" cannot be returned.

Again, I am confident in ORIGINAL ID and I have no reason to believe any mistake in identity of title is exists, but these test pressings have sat (upright and tight w/cardboard sandwiching) in my stacks for 6-7 yrs without further ID attached to them. I have called Acoustic Sounds, other vendors, and extensive research on the net to confirm correct representation to the best of ability of a reasonable and serious individual.
