Description
What I’m offering is a SEALED copy of the self-titled LP by Elton John, issued on MCA 2012 in 1973. This is NOT an original pressing but an early reissue. There is NO barcode on the back cover.
The cover has a light crease and a cut corner in the bottom right corner. The cover is also missing a large portion of its shrinkwrap in the bottom right corner on the front and subsequently the bottom left corner on the back. This is due to the record company using a razor knife to cut the shrinkwrap off to put a “ SAMPLE COPY “ sticker on the back. This cut also cut lightly into the actual cover leaving a diagonal surface line in the back cover (see scans). There is also a 1 inch area of missing shrinkwrap on the top seam in the top left corner.
There should be NO issues with the record inside.
The songs on the LP are Your Song, I Need You To Turn To, Take Me To The Pilot, No Shoe Strings On Louise, First Episode At Hienton, Sixty Years On, Border Song, The Greatest Discovery, The Cage, The King Must Die.
Be sure to check out the other LPs, including SEALED LPs, that I am currently selling on Ebay. I always adjust shipping costs on multiple wins.
Email me if you have any questions. I have been selling records since 1989 so you can rest assured that my grading is thorough and accurate. So bid with confidence.
The item will be mailed out in a custom LP mailer to prevent damage during shipping.
