Description
Original sealed 1970 first pressing of The Beatles' swan song LP entitled, "Let it Be". A sealed LP and in Excellent- condition for picky collectors, yet this album's shrink has come apart in places!!!
This is the first pressing from 1970 on Apple Label AR-34001 with custom red apple labels on vinyl.
Four sharp corners - with no issues seen. This is a sealed gatefold album!
I have drastically reduced the price of this original album that still remains partially sealed, never opened and AS IS. It has been in my personal collection for decades, yet I never decided to completely open it because it is the condition in which I bought it from another collector. I figured one day I would either open it and play the album, or sell it to someone who didn't want to pay the big bucks for a completely sealed original.
See the photos for the shrink tears, and here is a quick overview: the entire shrink at the spine has split, which exposed the spine over the years. There is a fine line of wear at the bottom of the spine under the typing. Bottom right corner has mild wear to the tip area. Upper seam shrink has split about 60% along top edge. There are NO noted breathe holes on shrink wrap that I can find, but very possible that they existed close to spine (which is now completely split). Album cover still grades at a solid NM- given splitting.
No, this is not your FINAL upgrade version, but it is a terrific find for someone who wants to own an original Let it Be album that has never been played and still hanging on to the shrink wrap around the cover.
No store stickers or residue on either side of cover - super clean, original and sealed album.
Please ask any further questions you may have and happy bidding!
Sorry, no international shipping outside of North America (for shipping to Canada please contact me before purchasing so that I can provide an estimate of shipping costs).
Note: I cannot and will not accept any returns on sealed LPs that have been opened or attempts at opening these sealed gems. Once the shrink is cracked open it is non-returnable (standard practice for anyone selling sealed LPs).
