PLEASE NOTE: I WILL ONLY GRADE AN OPENED LP NEAR MINT (NM) IF I CAN GUARANTEE IT HAS NEVER BEEN PLAYED (i.e. I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER). OTHERWISE, NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-) IS THE ABSOLUTE HIGHEST GRADE I WILL ASSIGN AN OPENED LP.
HIDEOUSLY RARE, STILL SEALED original UK first pressing from August 27, 2001 on Rough Trade with New York City Cops included!!!! STUNNINNG condition with four sharp corners. I bought this new at the Virgin Megastore (R.I.P.) here in Chicago 21(!) years ago and filed it away in my personal collection until today when I took these pics. Even has the original blue circular Virgin Import sticker in the top right hand corner on the front cover. Also has the original custom barcoded Virgin price sticker in the top left hand corner on the rear cover along with the original MADE IN ENGLAND import tag! All three stickers are affixed to the cover under the cellophane as Virgin used to seal their imports in-house after they were tagged. Someone once accused me of having a record re-sealing machine of some sort so now I leave nothing to chance. Near impossible to find a sealed copy of this ultra-rarity so don't sleep Strokes collectors. This one is pristine with airtight provenance. You will not be disappointed.
