Top-gun sound that lends clarity to solo compositions of one of Rock's greatest legends and almost one of its most tragic stories:  Syd Barrett, founder of Pink Floyd.
This 2-LP Analog compilation of Barrett's first two post-Pink Floyd solo albums is loaded with typically cryptic, sometimes ghoulish, but always artistic and obscurely creative songs by a man who was truly far too intelligent and talented for his own good. 
This special edition also includes exclusive alternate takes that are priceless--all in glorious and immaculate Audiophile. 
The deluxe gatefold cover alone is worth the price of admission. Looking into the deep fathomless pools of blackness that served as his eyes, one can see that the intellect of the young angelic Syd Barrett could see through the darkness of hell.
