Description
What I’m offering is a SEALED, UK PRESSING of the self-titled folk psych LP by The Woods Band, issued on Rockburgh Records Crest 29 in 1977. This is a reissue of their 1st Greenwich label LP originally released in 1971. There is NO barcode on the back cover.
The Woods Band featured Terry and Gay Woods, both founding members of Steeleye Span.
The cover is sealed in a loose baggie as opposed to shrinkwrap. The baggie has a 4 inch X 2 ½ inch area of missing wrap in the top left corner, and a 5 inch split to the baggie at the bottom of the mouth. The actual cover has a diagonal crease and a corner ding, both in the bottom left corner. There is also a hype sticker in the top left corner that says “ Featuring Gay and Terry Woods – Founder Members Of Steeleye Span “ (see close-up scan). NICE COPY!!
The songs on the LP are Noisey Johnny, Dreams, January Snows, Lament & Jig (inc Valencia Lament and Apples In Winter), Over The Bar (inc Road To Athy), As I Roved Out, Promises, Everytime.
Be sure to check out the other LPs, including SEALED LPs, that I am currently selling on Ebay. I always adjust shipping costs on multiple wins.
