Description
The Velvet Underground – White Light/White Heat (1985 US Reissue LP)
Up for sale is a rare, pristine, still-sealed 1985 US vinyl reissue of The Velvet Underground’s legendary masterpiece White Light/White Heat. This specific version features the iconic digital remastering work done by Greg Calbi at Sterling Sound in late 1984.
This copy is a true time capsule piece from PolyGram's mid-80s "Sound Savers" series. It features the original "Sound Savers" hype sticker on the front shrink wrap, an original $2.99 "Sound Warehouse" price tag, and the printed "Special Low Price" text on the bottom left corner of the jacket.
Jacket Condition Notes:
The album is entirely unplayed and sealed in its original tight factory shrink wrap. Due to decades of storage, there is very minor compression/browning on the exposed cardboard corners and minor splits in the shrink wrap at the extreme corners. No major ring wear or crushing. Please review the high-resolution photos for exact cosmetic details.
Sold as is, check out the pics, great find!
