Serge Gainsbourg "Histoire De Melody Nelson" LP Original Philips French Pressing 1971 release on "philips records". This is super funky with heavy bass, funky wah wah, amazing beats, contains samples and breaks used by the Beatnuts and De La Soul. Full of breakbeats. . This is basically Gainsbourg's Blaxploitation LP. With nods to J.J. Johnson, and Curtis Mayfield's funky wah wah, amazing beats and Psychedelic orchestration by the legendary Jean-Claude Vannier
