DESCRIPTION:
UNPLAYED ORIGINAL FACTORY SAMPLE. SEX PISTOLS "ANARCHY IN THE U.K.". This copy has never been played and was given by Tom Nolan (Pistols Press officer) by hand to the previous owner. The record was due to be reviewed but as deadlines pushed the notion of a review was shelved and the record stored and left un-played. Lots of copies (and represses) of this single were produced however very few remain un-played and fewer still are available for sale. Please view the detailed images of the matrix numbers, spindle hole (Showing no wear / marks / signs of use) and the playing surface of the actual copy available for sale. We rarely use the Mint grade unless we know the record has never been played. In this case we are assured by examination and the previous owners provenance that this copy is genuinely unplayed.

Playing surface
The flat playing surfaces show no scuffs, scratches, or other wear. The record retains it’s complete factory fresh lustre. Undermagnification the grooves are pristine and free from deformation. I have not played this copy, however I can state a record collecor guide grade of Mint on this copy
Labels
Both sides are pristine, no writing, rips, tears or other detractors the Factory Sample Sticker is super clean. They are Mint.
EMI Stock Sleeve
This sleeve has not been switched over, it is the original sleeve the record left the pressing plant in. No seam splits, fading or major creasing. Condition grade = Excellent to Near Mint (NM)
