SEX PISTOLS - GOD SAVE THE QUEEN - FRENCH PRESSING - ORIGINAL 1977 IMPORT.
Up for grabs is this Rare Sex Pistols God Save The Queen single.
As with all the Sex Pistols French import singles, the sleeves always differed from their English counterparts, usually for the better as it was with God Save The Queen.
The single was issued in France with the picture of the queen enhanced with a silver coloured tiara and oval picture frame she also had a safety pin added in true punk fashion near to her nose, the rear added a sample of the lyrics scrawled by McLaren.
This import of God Save The Queen has been reasonably well cared for, some storage / use / mild creases to the sleeve with a small sticker removal mark on the rear top left.
Unexpected for a record of this age, the vinyl itself looks a decent example, this has been looked after reasonably well, it doesn't look at all like a record that's around 45 years old now but it's definitely been played, just the odd little surface marks from sleeve insertion etc.
Overall nothing to not like about this excellent import record, a great addition to any Sex Pistols collection.
