Description

This is a first edition copy of the VIRGIN 2144 LP 'SID SINGS', released in 1979.
Complete with first edition 'Drink' POSTER (there were 2 others, commonly referred to as 'Knife' & 'Selling' - the 'Drink' is the oldest and rarest before the LP started selling well and they printed up many more 'Knife' versions and swamped the shops etc)
Complete with INNER SLEEVE.
GRADING :
VINYL - easily a NEAR MINT. There are ABSOLUTELY NO marks / scratches / hairlines - it's in quite STUNNING condition.
LABELS - (original sw**tika crossed guitars on purple background. Nice and clean with only a couple of faint spindle marks.
INNER SLEEVE - Lovely condition - ABSOLUTELY NO seam splits / rips / creases etc & great corners.
SLEEVE - Has original HYPE STICKER in perfect condition (no fading / markings / peelings). No splits / tears / creases. Great spines - only minimal wear around edges. Slight price sticker deposit on back cover. Easily a VG+
POSTER - is in BEAUTFUL condition - has never been hung (NO pin marks etc). NO tears / rips etc. Tape was applied to BACK over one crease to stop tearing many years ago - is absolutely NOT visible from front. Has been stored smoke / light free so tape is unnoticeable and still clear (i.e./ not yellowed over time).
All in all, a STUNNING copy of this beautiful rarity - bid/buy with confidence.
