Vinyl looks EX but not played by me for grading. Note the laminate of the record label is lifting around the edge. Cover is EX, but the reverse has some ringwear.

I played the morning, sounds a very good EX. The playing surface is clear, there is some crackle on the run in and run out and the gap between tracks, otherwise no skips or jumps. I have added photos that hopefully better illustrate what you are buying.
