Notes

This version was pressed at Capitol's Winchester plant, as identified by the ?? symbol in the runout area. No STEREO banner at top of front cover.

This version came with a sticker on the shrink: "The Original Classic" (see photos)
Gatefold image is not included as LP is still in shrink.
Includes insert, which is on heavy card stock similar to early releases.
1978-83 Purple label with large Capitol logo.
It is interesting to note that the Winchester plant is not included with the notation on the back cover of the other three plants.

      CONDITION NOTES:
The album is factory sealed "virgin vinyl" meaning it has never been played on any turntable and it is new so the grading is NEAR MINT! (NM)

The cover is shrink wrapped clean, there is a small tear in the shrink wrap in the lower right hand corner.  Rated as NEAR MINT (NM) with a hole punched in the upper right hand corner as it is a Cut Out.

Review all pictures of product and examine all areas before purchase. We will obviously not open the sealed records but we assume all internal contents are as described above in notes.   TERMS We ship daily Monday thru Friday, on Saturdays/Sunday orders we ship Monday. Holidays we do not ship out product or Postal Holidays we do not ship product.

We grade records according to the Accepted Standard of Goldmine and Discog which share the same standard for the description of Vinyl Records:

FACTORY SEALED - Still in the Original shrink wrap never opened. May exhibit shelf-wear, Promo copies stamped or Cut-Outs could have drill holes or cut corners but Promo and Cut-Out will be disclosed in description of product. Please note that Factory Sealed doesn't necessarily mean MINT.
MINT (M) We do not use this listing for any of our records because we believe it is not attainable.
NEAR MINT (NM) Very few if any imperfections to the cover or the vinyl.
VERY GOOD+ (VG+) May show some slight signs of wear, some scuffs on cover or very light scratches that do not affect the overall listening quality. May have surface noise between tracks and during the quieter passages of songs. Slight warps that do not affect the sound are acceptable. Covers will have minor wear including handling marks, slight ring wear, corner and edge seams with small splits less than 1 inch.
VERY GOOD (VG) Records in this category were used and played but not abused. Vinyl will have visible scratches. Imperfections are more obvious, noise will be more obvious before and after songs but will not overpower the song. Cover marks, ring wear, corner and edge wear are more immediately noticeable. May have split seams that have been repaired with tape or glue, might also have some writing on cover.
GOOD (G) Records in this grade show wear and tear. Plays well enough without skipping but does have wear. WE DO NOT SELL ANYTHING UNDER THIS GRADE PROMO COPY - An original copy in our collection usually sent from the Record Maker directly to the Radio Station or Record Store to Play on the Air or to Promote the Sales of the Record.

CUT-OUT - An original copy taken early in the printing to distribute to Radio Stations and Record Stores to Promo the Record. A Cut-Out can also occur when an artist leaves a label and moves to another label. A Cut-Out is either a drilled hole thru the shrink wrap and cover of the album or a clipped corner of any album.

Our goal is to disclose all we know about the albums we sell so you the buyer knows exactly what you are purchasing. Many of our collection is "Virgin Vinyl" meaning it has never been played on a turntable. This gives our customers the highest quality record from the original source in the year that it was produced.

Please ask any questions before you purchase and if you have any issue with our records contact us immediately before you grade our performance. We always want to keep the customer 100% satisfied with all our products and we try and go the extra mile to make sure our ratings are the best.
