Label:   SHADES.  Label is red with black text.  Catalog number is Shades 71031.

 

Year:   early to mid 60s.

 

Condition:  Nice VG+ with most of original gloss remaining.  Plays great with strong fidelity.  There are some visible scuffs, but they are light to moderate and do not adversely affect the listening experience.  Labels are clean with no writing, stickers, or other flaws.
