Canada

All packages mailed within Canada are sent by Xpresspost which includes an online tracking number plus $100.00 insurance. The rate is determined by your postal code so please contact me and I will let you know the shipping cost.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION

I ship all packages by Canada Post which is expensive plus the Canadian dollar is very strong compared to the US dollar.

I combine shipping but there isn't much savings unless you buy 3 – 7 records. Please contact me about which records you are interested in purchasing and I will send you the shipping cost.

Most customers prefer Small Packet Surface or Small Packet Air Mail for shipping because it’s the lowest cost method to ship a parcel outside of Canada. This includes $100.00 insurance but there is no online tracking number or extra insurance available.

Be aware that delivery of Small Packet Surface Mail can take six weeks or longer to Europe, Asia, Australia etc so please be patient. It can take two weeks or longer to the USA. I prefer that you ship by Small Packet Air Mail so your package arrives quickly. Please contact me if your package has not arrived so I can call Canada Post about tracing the shipment.

I will send you an email to let you know the mailing date of your package. I can only ship once per week either on Monday or Tuesday.

Expedited Parcel is available to the USA and the cost is determined by how far you are from Vancouver. It includes an online tracking number plus $100.00 insurance. Extra insurance is also available.

If you live in any country except Canada or the USA then your only option for a tracking number is by using either Priority Post or Xpresspost which are very expensive. If you require a tracking number then write me and I will let you know the shipping cost.

All packages valued at over $100.00 must be sent by Small Packet Air Mail, Expedited Parcel, Xpresspost or Priority Post. I will not send any packages valued at more than $100.00 by Small Packet Surface Mail.

Double albums count as two records for shipping costs. Sometimes a gatefold record with thick heavy vinyl weighs over 500 grams and will count as two records.
