SHELLEY FABARES - JOHNNY LOVES ME / I'M GROWIN UP - 45 RPM - COLPIX CP-636 - 1962 - WITH PICTURE SLEEVE

Ms. Fabares' follow-up single to her smash hit "Johnny Angel".  Rare picture sleeve and classic example of early 60's girl group pop.

Grading: VG/VG+ ... A bit inbetween a VG and VG+ here.  While the record is not perfect, it plays fine but does show signs of use.  It looks a little dirty from 40 year old fingerprints (a good cleaning could fix this easily) and doesn't show much of it's original gloss, but it only has a few small surface marks.  The labels are in great shape with no tears or markings.  The sleeve has severeal frays on the opening end.  The "ix" in "Colpix" is missing on the front, and there's a half-inch tear near the "S" in "Shelley".  Rest of the sleeve shows average wear with a slight ring.  Backside shows the same kind of wear if not less.

I cannot guarantee that a CD case will arrive perfectly. They break or crack in the mail easily. They cost about .30 cents and can easily be replaced.
