Description

Here is the PRICE FAMILY SACRED SINGERS, who evidently were strong adherents to the adage, "The Family That Sings Together, Clings Together." A gospel group from Atlanta, Georgia, who accompany themselves on organ, violin and guitar, they appear on this issue from the OKeh "popular" series doing "SHIP OF GLORY" and "I WENT DOWN INTO THE GARDEN."  These two sides make up half of their total output, from their only recording session, in March, 1927.  

This original red-label OKeh 40796 is in well-loved but sturdy V+ condition.
